How to Take Tellculvers

Here are the steps to take the Tellculvers survey:

• Visit the official website for the Tellculvers survey at www.tellculvers.com.
• Choose your preferred language (English or Spanish).
• Enter the 18-digit survey code located on your receipt. If your receipt does not have a survey code, click on the “If you do not have a survey code click here” link to enter the store number, date, and time of your visit.
• Click the “Start” button to begin the survey.
• Answer all the questions honestly and thoroughly. The questions will ask about your experience at Culver’s, including the food, service, and overall satisfaction.
• Once you have completed the survey, you will be given a validation code to write on your receipt. This code can be used to redeem the special offer printed on your receipt during your next visit to Culvers.
• Make sure to write down the validation code and bring your receipt with you on your next visit to Culver’s to redeem your offer.

Note: The survey must be completed within two days of your visit to Culver’s in order to be eligible for the validation code.
